What you can expect from Matrix
By accessing and using Matrix services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
Matrix provides a digital platform for utility bill payments including but not limited to:
- Airtime and data bundle purchases
- Electricity bill payments
- Educational voucher purchases (WAEC, NECO, JAMB, etc.)
- Cable TV subscription renewals
- Money transfers and other financial services
Account Creation
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
- All payments must be made in Nigerian Naira (NGN)
- Transactions are processed in real-time
- Failed transactions will be refunded to your wallet within 24 hours
- Service fees may apply to certain transactions
- Refunds are subject to our refund policy
You may not use our service:
- For any unlawful purpose or to solicit others to perform unlawful acts
- To violate any international, federal, provincial, or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances
- To infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others
- To harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate
- To submit false or misleading information
Matrix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through our platform. Continued use of the service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
